To assist with this, Bowen Scarff Ford Lincoln is offering Free Owners Technology Clinics with our Demo's and one on one training with our award winning certified Service and Sales staff.

Our Free Clinics run every 1st Saturday of the month from 9:00am-12:00PM.

You may also find assistance through Ford Motor Company. They have established an IVT (In Vehicle Technology) Hotline that customers can use to call in with any questions or issues that they may be having with their SYNC, MyFord Touch and Navigation systems. The IVT Hotline is available Monday - Friday from 9:30AM - 11:00PM CST and on Sunday from 12:30PM - 11:00PM CST. Simply call 1-800-392-3673. Choose 1 for English or 2 for Spanish and then select Option 3 to talk to the IVT Team.
