In May we contacted Bowen Scarff Ford about purchasing a 2013 Explorer. The no dicker sticker made the buying process the easiest we have done in 35 years of car buying. They also do honor Costco Car buying program and lowered the car price even more. On top of this I was able to use a Ford discount coupon for an additional 750.00 off. We saved over 8000.00 off MSRP. We started taking our Lincoln Navigator to this dealership about 30-40 minutes drive from our house, rather than the Bellevue Ford-Lincoln which is only 10 min away. What a difference! They are pleasant to deal with, do what they say they're going to do, keep in contact, give us choices... everything you want from a service department.

After some internet homework I went to see Rick Ricker, Used Car Sales. We test drove a 2004 Colorado, and I bought it. This was a No-Dicker-Sticker/As-is vehicle. My internet research indicated the posted price was quite fair, and I appreciate the streamlined sales process this provides...none of that running back & forth to the manager's office with different versions of payment plans. The nice lady in the Credit department submitted a loan request to BECU for me, which passed. Rick made sure the cabin Fan rheostat was repaired for me, too. I was a little freaked-out when the engine light came-on, after driving less than 10 miles, but a phone call later I was back at the dealership where Spike made arrangements to have Service check-out the issue. They went above/beyond by taking the vehicle to the Chevy dealer for a small repair, providing & providing me a loaner car! I am a very happy Customer!
